CHERRY CHEESE PIE (EASY!) 
This pie is addictive, you better make two!!!

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (I use Comstock)
1 prepared graham cracker pie shell (I use Keebler)

Mix softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve (about 1 hour). Before serving top with can of cherry pie filling.
