MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen lima beans
2 bags frozen broccoli/cauliflower mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2" cube Velveeta
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms

In boiling water, add lima beans and cook about 5 minutes. Add broccoli/cauliflower mix and cook 15 minutes. Drain well. Place vegetables in buttered casserole.

Melt cheese and soup; add mushrooms and pour over vegetables. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. For topping sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan or grated cheese.
