MOLASSES PIE 
1 c. molasses
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of allspice
Dash of cinnamon

Cook the molasses until it is thick, add eggs, butter and spices and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into an uncooked pastry shell and bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake until done.
