6 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
6 c. uncooked oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
8 oz. M&M'S®
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. baking soda

Mix eggs, sugars, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and oatmeal to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and M&M'S® candies. More flour may be used to replace some of the oatmeal. Drop by heaping teaspoonful of baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 325 degrees. Variation: May add 1/2 cup peanut butter chips. Note: This recipe makes a large batch of cookies and may be cut in half.
