1/2 c. butter (soften)
1 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar (firmly packed
3 eggs
2 c. peanut butter
3/4 tsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. regular oats, uncooked
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. M & M's
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Cream butter; add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla; beat well. Add oats, soda, and salt. Stir with a spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Measure 1/4 cup for each cookie. Place dough 4-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press dough into a circle with fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Centers will be soft.
