BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (par-boil)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash salt and pepper
Ritz crackers (crushed)
Butter

Par-boil broccoli; drain. Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers and butter. Place in casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
