SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can red salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. tomato juice
3 eggs

Flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Add all ingredients but eggs. Add beaten yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Pour in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hour (or a little longer if it seems too soft).
