SAUCE FOR ABALONE OR CRAB 
1 c. mayo
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. chopped chives
Little onion juice
Dash of black pepper
2-3 tsp. chopped parsley
1 garlic clove to be retrieved or garlic powder to taste
