BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
Scant 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 lb. blue cheese

Blend mayonnaise, cream, flavoring and vinegar together in a bowl. Crumble cheese into mixture and blend thoroughly. Store in sealed bowl or jar until chilled. Serve over tossed salad or hearts of lettuce. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
