BANANA TEA LOAF 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. sugar
4 oz. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. white raisins
4 med. size, ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, allspice, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces; add it and all other ingredients. Mix well with an electric mixer and turn the mixture into a greased 9 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Turn oven down to 300 degrees and bake an additional 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and allow loaf to cool slightly before turning onto a rack to cool fully.
