1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (10 oz.) box mini peanut butter chips

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Blend into creamed mixture to make a dough. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in ungreased 1 1/2 inch muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes (until light brown). Immediately upon removing from oven, press a peanut butter cup into center of each until only top shows. Let cool 10 minutes and then remove from tins.
