CASSEROLE DELIGHT 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water
1 can drained, boned chicken or 1 1/2 c. leftover chicken or tuna (I cook my own chicken)
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. pimento
1 (4 oz.) can of button mushrooms or fresh

Wash salt from nuts and break into pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Do not season. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
