WILD RICE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked & chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
3 tbsp. chutney
Salt & pepper to taste
A little chopped onion
Salad dressing
Cashews

Toss the first 7 ingredients with enough salad dressing (mayonnaise) to make salad hold together. Sprinkle cashew nuts on top.
