1 lb. hamburger meat browned
1 lb. hot sausage, crumbled & browned
3 onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice (cooked according to directions)
1 box Rice-a-Roni chicken flavored cooked to directions on box
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 can cream of onion soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 soup cans water

Mix all together. Bake in oven until it bubbles good. Remove and serve with crackers or garlic bread.
