CHICKEN AND HOT SAUSAGE 
4 med. potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
1 lb. hot Italian sausage, cut in slices (lg.)
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (3 lb.) fryer-chicken, cut up
4 med. size green or red peppers, cut into lg. slices, then cut in half
1 lg. onion, cut in quarters
Salt to taste (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (10 oz.) frozen whole green beans

In large roasting pan, mix potatoes, sausage and salad oil; bake 15 minutes. Add chicken with next 4 ingredients tossing to mix; bake 20 minutes. Separate green beans and drain. Sprinkle over chicken mix. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken and regs? are tender and done. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour or more.
