24 HOUR SHRIMP SALAD 
Enjoy being with your guests instead of being in the kitchen.

3 lb. boiled shrimp, seasoned
2 cans artichoke hearts, cut in two
1/2 med. purple onion, sliced thin
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
16 oz. Italian salad dressing

Marinate everything in the Italian salad dressing, at least 24 hours in advance. Could be prepared 2 days in advance. Turn constantly.

Serve with Chicken Licken Good Pork chops and Broccoli Rice Casserole and a dessert that takes no last minute preparations.
