FRESH APPLE CAKE

Mix:

1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
4 c. apples, chopped

Add:

1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour

Add:

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

MIX: salad oil and 3 slightly beaten eggs.

ADD: apples and chopped nuts

ADD: flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon

BAKE: in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
