JYLL'S CHEESE BISCUITS 
2 1/4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter

Mix Bisquick, garlic salt, cheese together. Add milk. Mix together well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Brush melted butter over top of hot biscuits. Great with salads and soups.
