SAUSAGE CHEESE BISCUITS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
2 c. sharp cheese or maybe a little more (use big grater)
1/2 tsp. red pepper or couple shots bottled hot sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. water (use a little at a time, too much makes them hard)

Work this together, balls will be stiff. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Can be frozen, cool and put in plastic bag. Bake when needed for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Watch time depending on oven, serve hot.
