SWEET & SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. Mazola corn oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. Karo dark corn syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soys auce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Argo cornstarch
1/2 c. green peppers, diced

Heat corn oil in skillet. Brown pork. Add next 6 ingredients. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to pork with green pepper. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
