GERMAN SAUERKRAUT 
1 can Silver Floss sauerkraut
1 1/2 lb. fresh rib pork
1 med. potato, grated

Put sauerkraut in cooking pan and almost cover with water. Place pork on top. Cover and cook slowly until meat is tender. Remove meat. Take pan from heat. Stir into cooked sauerkraut one medium grated potato. This makes a smooth thickening. Serve with the meat and boiled potatoes.
