Yellow cake mix with pudding
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs

Make yellow cake mix according to directions on box. Pour mix into 9"x13" greased pan. Mix 2 pounds ricotta cheese with 4 eggs, add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 3/4 cup sugar; mix well. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. May sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar after cake cools.
