Cut up chicken
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
Bottle of Catalina dressing
Small jar apricot jam

Arrange chicken in 9 by 13 by 2 inch pan. Mix dressing, soup mix and jam. Spread over chicken, bake at 350 degrees covered for 40 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes more, uncover last 10 minutes.
