LUSCIOUS BAKED CHOCOLATE
CHEESECAKE
 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 8 sq., melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, crumbs, and sugar; press on bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake spring back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
