CHICKEN A L'ORANGE 
6 boneless chicken breasts (halves)
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 c. orange juice
Fresh orange slices for garnish

Shake chicken pieces in plastic bag with flour, salt and pepper. Save remaining flour. Set chicken aside.

Place butter and onion in a 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Microwave on 100% power for 4 minutes. Sprinkle in remaining flour. Stir and blend well. Gradually stir in chicken broth and orange juice. Microwave on 100% power for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Arrange chicken pieces in sauce and spoon sauce over chicken. Cover with wax paper and microwave on 100% power for 18-20 minutes. Garnish chicken with orange slices and serve over rice using sauce as gravy. Total cooking time 20-22 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
