1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. mini chocolate covered peanut butter cups
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well. Sift dry ingredients and blend in. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shape batter into 1" balls. Place in ungreased miniature muffin tins. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and immediately press a peanut butter cup in each until only top of peanut butter cup shows. Let set awhile before removing. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
