CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
5-6 chicken breasts, boiled, skinned and deboned
14 to 16 oz. spaghetti cooked in broth chicken was cooked in
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 sm. jar pimento
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. white wine or water
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 onion and 1 green pepper, sauteed in butter
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients, stirring together well. Put into a 9 x 11 inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Great to make ahead of time and freeze.
