CHEESE TETRAZINI 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 green pepper (chopped)
1/4 c. sliced green onion
8 oz. cooked spaghetti
Parmesan

Melt butter, saute onion. Cook ground beef and drain. Add to onion mixture. Add salt and pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer for 4 minutes. In separate bowl, heat cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together. Add green pepper, green onion and spaghetti. Spread sour cream spaghetti mixture in bottom of 3 quart shallow dish. Pour meat sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
