TUNA TETRAZINI 
1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix

Mix soup and Cheddar cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Add milk, Parmesan cheese and dressing mix. Stir and heat. Add tuna, stir and heat again. Serve over pasta or rice. Serves 4.

Variation: Substitute 1 cup of cooked chopped chicken or turkey for the tuna.
