PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour 3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. water 4 eggs 1 c. oil 2 c. pumpkin (seasoned, ready for pie) Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat and mix well. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Divide batter evenly into the pans. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Freezes well. |
