STEAK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak (3/4 inch cubes)
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic OR
1/8 tsp. powdered garlic
1 (6 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
1 c. sour cream (or 1 c. Milnot and 1 tbsp. vinegar)
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. rice

Roll meat in flour, brown in hot fat in a large frying pan. Remove meat, add onion, garlic and mushrooms, cook gently until onions are golden. 3 to 4 servings.
