QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 recipe pastry
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. chopped Canadian bacon or ham
1 c. diced Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/3 c. diced onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in bacon or ham, cheese, onion and mushrooms. Pour into pastry lined unbaked quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
