QUICK QUICHE LORRAINE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. onions, diced
3/4 c. Bisquick mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend above ingredients in blender until mixed. Pour into 10 inch pie pan and 1/2 cup diced cheese, 1/2 cup diced ham or bacon, cooked. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Reheats well in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I used this recipe as a guide. Instead of Bisquick I used Red Lobster Biscuit mix and seasoning. I added low-fat sour cream for some of the milk. After mixing I folded in finely chopped sweet bell peppers (mixed colors), onions, tomatoes and some grated cheese. I also added chopped broccoli. After pouring in the pie plate I topped with thinly sliced mini bell peppers and tomatoes. I had to cook mine 20 minutes longer. It was delicious. I even ate a slice cold. This recipe is a keeper because it's great and you can add your own touch in so many different ways. Thank you.
