QUICK QUICHE PIE 
1/4 c. Bacos (or 1/2 c. chopped Spam, ham or crumbled sausage)
1 c. shredded Swiss, monterey jack, colby or cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle meat, cheese and onion in lightly greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat until smooth the milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with bacon curls or parsley sprigs. This may be made in advance and refrigerated until baked. For 9 inch pie plate use 1 1/2 cup milk, 3/4 cup Bisquick and 3 eggs.
