ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
2 c. peeled grated raw zucchini
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix all together in large bowl. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 large loaves or 4 small loaves.
