BUTTER PECAN COOKIES | |
1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix 1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 2/3 c. vegetable oil 1 c. oats, uncooked 3/4 c. cocoa 3/4 c. raisins or dates, chopped 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Mix 1/2 of cake mix and baking soda together. Add eggs and oil and beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour. Shape dough in small balls and roll in mixture of white sugar and cinnamon; place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
