BRAN BREAD 
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. oil
5 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. bran flakes, crushed

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let set 15 minutes. Add honey, oil, salt and 3 cups flour. Beat well. Stir in bran flakes. Add remaining flour and knead 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, turn once to grease top. Cover and let rise until double. Punch down. Let rest 15 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise until double.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
