PECAN BURGERS 
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. sesame salt
10 English muffins, split
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Combine 1 tablespoon butter, Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper. Heat until butter melts. Remove from heat. Add pecans. Stir until pecans absorb sauce and are well coated. Combine with ground beef and salt. Shape into 10 patties. Sprinkle top sides of muffins with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Keep warm. Broil hamburgers until done. Place on plain muffin halves. Top with other muffin/cheese halves. Serves 10.
