CHICKEN RICE DIVAN 
1 box white and wild rice, 1-1/2 c. cooked rice
2 pkg. broccoli, or blanche fresh broccoli
4-5 chicken breast, boned

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded cheddar in sauce
(1/2 c. cheese on top)

Mix together. Butter the dish (11 x 13 inch pan). Place a bed of rice in pan. Put broccoli in a layer - spread 1/4 of the sauce. Then put uncooked chicken. Pour rest of sauce over the chicken and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6-8.
