CHICKEN AND RICE 
3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 c. plain rice

Combine soups and butter in large saucepan over low heat and stir until well mixed. Dip out 1 cup of soup mixture and set aside. Add uncooked rice to soup mixture, making sure its distributed evenly. Pour soup and rice mixture into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with Pam. Lay chicken breasts on top of the soup and rice mixture. Then pour soup you have set aside over top of chicken breasts. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
