BREAD PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Cinnamon to taste

Line 13x9 inch pan with buttered bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add milk and raisins. Pour over buttered bread. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

SAUCE FOR BREAD PUDDING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Cook until thickened and pour over pudding.
