ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. butter
6 slices of toast
Wafer sliced smoked beef
Canned asparagus spears
Cheese sauce
Butter crumbs

Blend prepared mustard with butter. Spread on toast and place in baking dish. Roll 2 slices of smoked beef around 3 or 4 asparagus spears and place on each slice of toast. Top with cheese sauce and buttered crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
