1 gal. apple juice or cider
1/2 gal. cranberry juice
1 tbsp. whole allspice
1 tbsp. whole cloves
4 sticks cinnamon, broken
15 whole cardamon seeds

Put all spices in the basket of a 30-cup coffee pot. Put liquid into the coffee pot and perculate. The pleasing aroma fills the house.
