UPSIDE DOWN POTATO BAKE | |
4 c. sliced potatoes 1 c. diced American cheese 1 tsp. parsley 1 env. onion soup, divided 1 lb. ground beef 1 2/3 c. milk 1/2 c. bread crumbs Salt & pepper to taste Toss potatoes, cheese, parsley and 1/2 onion soup. Put in baking dish. Mix other ingredients and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees. May add chopped green peppers. |
