2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
Mozzarella cheese
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can celery soup

Brown meat with salt and pepper. Add diced or sliced mushrooms and garlic. Add unthawed spinach and cook until mixable. Mix soup and sour cream and mix with other ingredients. Place in baking dish and cover with cheese and bake for 15- 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
