2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 to 6 tbsp. cocoa (depends on how dark you want it)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. cooled coffee

Sift dry ingredients together. Add mayonnaise and coffee. Pour into 2 (8 inch) greased pans or 1 tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
