CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. liquid instant coffee
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in mayonnaise, then stir in coffee and vanilla gradually. Blend until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
