Mix together:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Try this with the cooked icing on top in the middle and around the sides. GREAT!
