MAYONNAISE CAKE (CHOCOLATE) 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold tap water
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients. Then mix all wet ingredients and mix the 2 together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FUDGE ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/8 c. cocoa
3/8 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix together, put on medium heat. When it begins to boil, time Exactly 1 minute. Take off fire and stir until it thickens. Ice cooled cake immediately.
