6 oz. noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 well beaten eggs
3 tbsp. grated cheese

Drain noodles; stir in everything except cheese. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a pan of water at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
